2017 Southwest Reational OCTAFest Line-Up

ACT_purpleAt Monday night’s meeting to set the performance line-up for this year’s OCTA Fest Regional, nine theatres submitted entry forms to compete.  Following the selection process, with a few adjustments, the following schedule was set.  The festival will be held on Friday, June 23, and Saturday, June 24, at Parrish Auditorium, Miami University-Hamilton.   Two of the competing excerpts will be chosen to represent the Southwest Region at this year’s OCTA State Conference, Labor Day weekend, in Columbus.

Friday, June 23

  • Excerpt #1 – 7:30pm ALL MY SONS – Stagecrafters
  • Excerpt #2 – 8:30pm SHREK – Cinti. Music Theatre SHOWCASING
  • Excerpt #3 – 9:30pm DOLLHOUSE – Mariemont Players

Saturday June 24

  • Excerpt #4 – 9am AMERICAN IDIOT – Sunset Players
  • Excerpt #5 – 10am THE BOYS NEXT DOOR – Fairfield Footlighters
  • Excerpt #6 – 11am LOVE/SICK – Village Players of Fort Thomas
  • LUNCH – 12pm
  • Excerpt #7 – 1pm SIDE SHOW – Footlighters, Inc.
  • Excerpt #8 – 2pm  TAKE ME OUT – CenterStage Players

2016 OCTAFest Excerpt Schedule

ACT_purplePlease find below the excerpt schedule for this year’s Southwest Regional OCTAFest, to be held June 23-25, at Parrish Auditorium, Miami University-Hamilton.

It will be a full weekend of great theatre as 15 OCTA member theatres will present portions of their seasons.  Plan now to attend some or all of this great local event.

OCTAFEST 2014 Registration Deadlines Approaching

ACT_vAttention all OCTAFEST 2014 registrants (June 27 and 28):

  • Early bird pricing for the event ends after June 9
  • Regular pricing will begin on June 10 and ends after June 19
  • Deadline for all registrations is June 19

Pay Pal or snail mail are both available for registration through ACT at cinstages.com.

Door registration at the event will still be in place, however, you can only register for the excerpts and/or awards and party.  No meals can be purchased at that time.

Excerpts will be performed Friday and Saturday.
