Based on the story of Genesis, the age-old conflict of parents and children takes the stage in this epic, heartfelt Stephen Schwartz musical. Adam, Eve, Noah, and the “Father” who created them deal with the headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. The show ultimately delivers a bittersweet but inspiring message that “the hardest part of love, is letting go.”

Cincinnati Music Theatere is pleased to announce the cast of our next studio series, ON WITH THE SHOW.
Cincinnati Music Theatre is proud to announce our 2024-2025 Season. Our Mainstage Season features two productions making their Cincinnati Music Theatre debuts. We open the Mainstage Season with the magical, family-favorite hit Matilda the Musical. This whimsical and wonder-filled production leaps off the page to the stage and is sure to entertain our audience members, both young and young at heart! Our second Mainstage Production is the classic, dance-infused musical comedy Sweet Charity. This brassy, bold musical follows Charity Hope Valentine in her search for love, friendship, and making it big!
After the sudden passing of Skip Fenker, his friends gathered together to discuss how best to remember a man who had meant so much to them. It was quickly decided that the best way to honor him would be to put on an event the way Skip would do it himself. So after two months in the making, the result is going to be a non-traditional memorial service that is more akin to The Kennedy Center Honors. The evening will include speakers, video content and live performances which speaks to all aspects of Skip’s life beyond his theater resume.
