This Pulitzer Prize and Tony Award winning family drama centers around Violet, the pill-addicted and scathingly manipulative matriarch of the Weston family. When her husband disappears, the rest of the clan is brought together for an unexpected reunion where old wounds are reopened and buried secrets brought to light. By turns vicious, funny, harrowing, and heartbreaking, August: Osage County is an American classic in the making.  Contains adult situations, topics and language.

All auditions at 111 S. Second Street, Loveland, Ohio

  • Come prepared with a song 32 bars (pianist supplied or CD) – does not have to be a Cole Porter number.
  • Dancers wear proper attire and bring tap shoes – no flip flops please!

A young man brings his Jewish atheist fiancé home on Christmas Eve to meet his sweet Catholic mother, his sour Catholic father and his intellectually disabled brother. When his disabled brother with limited vocabulary spouts “Greetings,” the family’s belief system is turned upside down.
