TDW Offers Ticket Special for Closing Weekend of PUTTING IT TOGETHER

(Cheviot, OH) The Drama Workshop’s production of the acclaimed Stephen Sondheim review PUTTING IT TOGETHER closes the weekend of December 19 with three final performances at The Glenmore Playhouse, 3716 Glenmore Avenue, Cheviot.

For the closing weekend, TDW is offering a limited two-for-one ticket special for advance sales made via its 24/7 ticket line at 513-598-8303. Patrons wishing to take advantage of this offer must mention the phrase “Rich and Happy” when placing their phone message.

A humorous, poignant and sophisticated musical review, PUTTING IT TOGETHER is a celebration of the stage and screen work of multiple Tony Award-winner Stephen Sondheim, the foremost theatrical composer and lyricist of our time. Putting It Together weaves a lyrical story around the emotions and relationships of five guests attending a Manhattan holiday cocktail party, studded with material from a number of Sondheim’s original musicals and films including “A Funny Thing Happened on the Way to the Forum”, “Anyone Can Whistle”, “Company”, “Follies”, “A Little Night Music”, “Sweeney Todd”, and “Into the Woods”.

PUTTING IT TOGETHER is directed by Adam Drake, with musical and vocal direction by Linda Abbott, and is produced by Ray Persing. This fast-paced 30-song show features the talents of Robin Baker, Stephen Cox, Cynthia Mottel, David Radtke, and Bree Hunter Sprankle.

The final performances will be at 8 p.m. Dec. 19 and Dec. 20, and 2 p.m. on Dec. 21.

PUTTING IT TOGETHER contains some mild adult language and may not be suitable for younger patrons.

Advanced reservation seats are $15 each, and $16 at the box office the day of the show. Patrons wishing to take advantage of the two-for-one ticket special must complete their paid ticket reservation through the ticket line by noon on Friday, Dec 19. The offer is not valid for online sales or at the door.

Actress Needed for TDW’s RUMORS

TDW_VERTCANCELLED due to illness. New date to be announced.

A unique opportunity has arisen for an actress for a role in The Drama Workshop’s production of Neil Simon’s RUMORS.

We will have auditions for the role of Chris Gorman, age 30 – 40 on Monday, Dec 15 at 7pm at The Glenmore Playhouse, home to The Drama Workshop, 3716 Glenmore Ave. Cheviot Oh.

TDW Announces Cast of JEEVES IN BLOOM

TDW_VERTThe Drama Workshop congratulates the cast of our production of JEEVES IN BLOOM. The competition was very tough, and we easily could have cast the show two or three times with the talent that came to auditions.
