Cast Announced for ASSASSINS at Springboro Community Theatre

Springboro Community Theatre is excited to announce the cast of ASSASSINS, our next mainstage musical!

Directed by Tim Rezash
Performance Dates: February 28-March 2, and March 7-9, 2025

ASSASSINS is a musical with music and lyrics by Stephen Sondheim and a book by John Weidman, based on an original concept by Charles Gilbert, Jr. Using the framing device of an all-American, yet sinister, carnival game, the semi-revue portrays a group of historical figures who attempted (successfully or not) to assassinate Presidents of the United States and explores what their presence in American history says about the ideals of their country. The score is written to reflect both popular music of the various depicted eras and a broader tradition of “patriotic” American music.

  • Kyle Miller – John Wilkes Booth
  • TJ Montgomery – The Balladeer/L.H. Oswald
  • Lynn Vanderpool – Sara Jane Moore
  • Hayley Penchoff – Lynette “Squeaky” Fromme
  • Nick Bellmyer – Samuel Byck
  • Jose Gutierrez del Arroyo – Giuseppe Zangara
  • Ben Essex – John Hinckley
  • Aaron J. Brewer – Charles Guiteau
  • Drew Williams – Leon Czologosz
  • Jason Lakes – The Proprietor
  • Lindsey Cardoza – Emma Goldman
  • Bennett Cardoza – Billy
  • Quin Tyler – Ensemble
  • Lilly Robillard-Crissman – Ensemble
  • Mar Miller – Ensemble

Cast Announced for ALWAYS…PATSY CLINE at The Carnegie

Meet the stars of our summer production of ALWAYS… PATSY CLINE

Kentucky native Charlotte Campbell makes her Carnegie debut in her fifth turn as the country music icon. Critics rave about her take on Patsy, with On Stage Colorado noting, “Campbell expertly belts out all the hits and some of Cline’s lesser-known songs… I could’ve closed my eyes and believed I was listening to the great musician herself.”

After taking audiences on a whirlwind adventure in last season’s HELLO, DOLLY!, Sara Mackie is back to bring her humor, heart, and dynamic stage presence to Louise Seeger, the devoted fan-turned-friend of Patsy Cline. League of Cincinnati Theatres calls Mackie, “unparalleled,” and we couldn’t agree more.

Tickets are on sale now—grab yours today and join us for a journey through Patsy’s unforgettable music: thecarnegie.com/whats-on/always-patsy-cline
