Project Services Associate to provide project and administrative support to our internal departments for their various ad hoc or ongoing projects, member events, special programs, meetings and activities. Requires strong administrative and/or project support experience and customer service focus. Must be an organizer and multi-tasker with excellent time management skills. Events Associate – Temporary to support registration and administrative tasks for the International Thespian Festival, the country’s premier teen theatre festival, taking place June 22-25, 2021. This temporary position will generally work Monday-Friday 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.; applicants must have a flexible schedule for evenings and weekends periodically as needed, but especially during the event. The engagement is expected to last through the end of June. Requires customer service focus and experience working in customer relationship management (CRM) systems and/or event registration systems. Content Manager for day-to -day management of content on Schooltheatre.org, Dramatics.org, and Educationaltheatrefoundation.org. This position also executes our paid and organic social media strategy and develops content for audience development, marketing, and member engagement.
