MOAN ALONE Dinner Theatre Event Opens Oct. 8

BTPE_Moan Alone logoZombies and October go together like peanut butter and jelly- candy and costumes- carmel and apples! Come out and see the hilarious new dinner theatre comedy, MOAN ALONE by Mark Aloysius Kenneally. The show runs October 8 – 22, 2021.

We all know that Zombies spend day in and day out seeking human brains to chow down on. But– How would they spend their time if they were stuck in a cabin on Halloween night, in a freak blizzard, hundreds of miles away from the nearest human brain? Laugh the night away in a show that has been compared to a comedy muddle up between the television show FRIENDS and the cinematic classic NIGHT OF THE LIVING DEAD.

This COVID safe production requires masks and will continue with the COVID menu in the same fashion as our show last spring. All actors and staff have been vaccinated. Continuing our shows and keeping our patrons safe is importand to us.

“Everyone knows that zombies are about one thing and one thing only and that is finding living human beings and eating their brains. But how would zombies pass the time if there were no humans around? Moan Alone is a comedy about four zombies who are stuck together in a log cabin during a blizzard, hundreds of miles away from the rest of civilization.  Find out what happens next in Mark Aloysius Kenneally’s newest full-length comedy, MOAN ALONE.

Seeking: 2 males and 2 females (Early 20’s to mid 30’s)
Audition Dates: August 16, 2021 and August 18, 2021
Times: 7-10 pm

The International Association of Mystery Solvers is hosting an awards banquet for the ’world’s greatest detectives.’ As Foster Holmes, Sherlock’s descendant, steps up beside the host to speak, Jenny Watson bursts in. She is protesting her ancestor’s role as Sherlock’s sidekick. Alas, the lights go out, and, when they return, the banquet’s host is dead and the prize money is missing. It’s time for Foster and Jenny to team up with an aging British sleuth, a forgetful gumshoe and a hillbilly sheriff to solve this crime. Murder mystery dinner theatre.

SEEKING: Male, 50-70 years old. A strong New York/ Brooklyn accent is a plus. Will be playing your stereotypical 1940-1950 gum shoe detective. Please bring your schedule with you listing any conflicts from Tuesday, February 23, 2021 – Sunday, May 16, 2021.
This is the only role we need to fill.
