How to Critique Forum on Feb. 25

ACT_purpleOn Feb 25th from 1-4pm the Long Range Judging Committee (LRJC) will be holding a forum on How to Critique Directing and Props, as well as, how to write a thorough, helpful critique that will benefit groups. We want to create a learning environment with an open dialogue between ACT groups and ACT adjudicators. The LRJC is striving to make our judging system beneficial for all groups and their members. Please consider joining us in a couple of weeks. Last year’s forum was tremendous and so helpful for all of us who attended. We’re hoping this one is just as well attended and advantageous for all.

TDW is gracious enough to allow us to house the workshop in their home again.
PLACE: 3716 Glenmore Ave, Cheviot, OH 45211
PRESENTERS: From 1-1:45 Dan Maloney and Loreen Catlin will talk about Critique Writing
From 2-2:45 Dennis Murphy and Ed Cohen will talk about observables for the judges when seeing a show and critiquing Directing
From 3-3:45 Lizanne Ingram, Jennifer Flinchpaugh and Elaine Volker will talk about observables for the judges when seeing a show and critiquing Properties.

LIGHT REFRESHMENTS WILL BE PROVIDED.

FREE!!!!!
PLEASE RSVP to Borocka@yahoo.com to let us know you’re coming so we have the right amount of food, drinks and possible handouts.
We look forward to another exciting forum and a chance to dialogue with all of you.

Thanks for all you do to keep Community Theatre alive and well in Greater Cincinnati and Northern KY.

PS: YES! You may bring other members of your groups who are not judges or presidents. All are welcome.
