THE SOUND OF MUSIC Runs July 8-24

7/13- An important update regarding this weekend’s performances of The Sound of Music.

With a heavy heart, we regret to inform you that the July 14th, 15th, 16th, and 17th performances have been canceled due to illness within the cast. We sincerely apologize for the disappointment this news must bring, but have made this decision with the best interest of all in mind.

All tickets for these performances will be refunded at the point of purchase.
In an effort to keep the music alive, we will be offering An Evening with Maria, featuring songs from the show and more!

Tickets will be $10 at the door, with performances at 7:30pm on July 15th and 16th, and 2pm on July 17th.

The remaining performances on July 22nd, 23rd, and 24th will go on as scheduled.
We thank you for your continued, exceptional support, and hope to see you this weekend.

Harvey is the story of a perfect gentleman, Elwood P. Dowd, and his best friend, Harvey – a pooka, who is a six-foot tall, invisible rabbit. When Elwood begins introducing Harvey around town, his embarrassed sister, Veta Louise, and her daughter, Myrtle Mae, are determined to commit Elwood to a sanitarium. A mistake is made, however, and Veta is committed rather than Elwood! Eventually, the mistake is realized, and a frantic search begins for Elwood and the invisible pooka.

Jane’s story begins at Gateshead, where she lives with her cruel aunt who sends the young orphan away to attend Lowood School for Girls. When Jane grows up, she leaves Lowood to work as a governess at Thornfield Hall. There, she meets the mysterious and magnetic Edward Fairfax Rochester, master of the house and warden of her pupil. Though drawn to each other, they are haunted by a secret that threatens to keep them apart.
