QCP_Rock of Ages logoROCK OF AGES
Queen City Productions
Aug. 8-11
Theatre 42 [Lebanon]

The show tells the story of Drew and Sherrie, two star-crossed lovers in the “mid-to-late eighties, roughly.” They are both trying to make it big, Sherrie as an actress and Drew as rock-god. Of course, waiting up and down the boulevard to fame, are an array of people and situations that will test their love and their dreams, all underscored by some of the biggest 80’s rock anthems ever written. They will learn that sometimes the dreams you come in with, aren’t always the dreams you end up with, but hey, they still rock!

  • Thu-Fri, Aug. 8-9 at 8pm
  • Sat, Aug. 10 at 2pm & 8pm

Tickets on-sale Friday, July 12 at 10:00 AM

CINCINNATI, OH – Dunder Mifflin is opening an office near you! Producers of the sold-out, unauthorized Off-Broadway sensation The Office! A Musical Parody are thrilled to announce that the North American tour will make a stop in Cincinnati at the Aronoff Center’s intimate Jarson-Kaplan Theater on Saturday, February 15 at 1:30 PM & 7:30 PM, and Sunday, February 16 at 1:30 PM & 7:30 PM.

Tickets go on sale Friday, July 12 at 10:00 AM at www.CincinnatiArts.org, (513) 621-ARTS [2787], and the Aronoff Center Ticket Office.

It’s a typical morning at Scranton’s third largest paper company until, for no logical reason, a documentary crew begins filming the lives of the employees of Dunder Mifflin. Don’t miss this hilarious, unauthorized parody of your favorite TV show. Mashable calls the show “the world’s most elaborate inside joke, created with a whole lot of love, just for fans.”

Writers Bob and Tobly McSmith are ecstatic about their third national tour (FRIENDS! The Musical Parody is currently touring North America). “The Office! A Musical Parody is on track to be our most successful New York production in ten years,” says Tobly McSmith. “And The Office! A Musical Parody is now one of the most successful off-Broadway shows in history. As Michael might say, ‘It’s been a dream come thru.’”

In 1987, the group bought the Salem United Methodist Church in Newport and transformed it into The Stained Glass Theatre. The theater is on the National Register of Historic Places and is designated a Kentucky landmark.
