Sunset Players is holding auditions for HALLELUJAH GIRLS and THE 39 STEPS on Sunday, Nov. 3 and Monday, Nov. 4 at 7pm at the Arts Center at Dunham (1945 Dunham Way, Cincinnati, OH 45238). Cold readings from the scripts. No appointment necessary.
HALLELUJAH GIRLS casting requirement:
- 6 women (playing 50s and 60s)
- 2 men (playing 50s)
Show dates: February 21,22, 28, March 1, 2, 6, 7, & 8
THE 39 STEPS casting requirement:
- Richard Hannay (age range 35+) The daring , leading man of the show. Must have great endurance and superb comic timing. A very good standard British dialect is required.
- Annabelle Schmidt/Pamela/Margaret (age range 25-40): Role calls for multiple dialects: German, Scottish, and upper class British. Must have excellent comic timing and great versatility.
- 2 men (age range 20-40): Exceptional physical and verbal comic ability. Multiple dialects a must and actors will play multiple characters, sometimes simultaneously. Must be highly athletic with great endurance and focus.
