URGENT UPDATE FROM THE SUNSET PLAYERS
& THE ARTS CENTER AT DUNHAM
Sunset Players and the Arts Center at Dunham are monitoring federal, state and local guidelines related to the COVID-19 outbreak and group gatherings. Our top priority is to safeguard the well-being of our patrons, performers and volunteers.
At this time, all performances and community programs will continue as scheduled. While our facility is licensed for 350 attendees, our average audience size is between 40-75. To comply with Ohio’s mandate that prohibits mass gatherings of 100 or more person in a single space, the Arts Center will limit attendance to less than 75. Hand sanitizer stations are available in the facility.
If you are not able to attend a performance for which you purchased tickets, we can issue a refund or credit for attendance to a future performance or you can request your ticket purchase be used as a donation to the theater. For any refunds, credits or donations, please email us at sunset_players@yahoo.com or call us at 513-588-4988.
As the situation continues to evolve, we will keep you informed if a performance or event needs to be postponed, rescheduled or canceled.
Thanks for your ongoing support,
The Sunset Players
