THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES Runs Sept. 22-24

LP_The Vagina Monologues logoTHE VAGINA MONOLOGUES
Lumos Players
Sept. 22-24
Lakeview United Methodist Church [Maineville]

Directed by Corey McOsker-Nieman
Produced by Amy Haake

Cast: Jennifer Martin, Jess Link, McKenzie Kugler, Ashley Herbert, Nicole Forbus & Laurie Barber

THE VAGINA MONOLOGUES was written in 1996 by Eve Ensler and is meant to begin conversations about women’s sexuality, sexual violence and the stigmas around them.

However, this idea of the female experience being tied exclusively to people with a vagina is clearly dated, but we hope to use this piece to begin important conversations about gender, reproductive rights, transphobia and voter rights in our own community.

Please join us for this moving production and a continued conversation with the staff and cast following the performance.

  • Anchor- M/F tv news anchor, this part can be done at your convenience any time before Sept 24.
  • News reporter- M/F can be done any time prior to Sept 17.
  • Rebecca- F early 20s
  • Sam- M early 20s
  • Jake- M early 20s
  • Kim- F mid to late teens

Note Grandma will be needed same day as news reporter, but that shouldn’t take more than an hour.

Sam and Kim may also be needed on Sunday the 18th if I can’t find a set that has all needed locations, but again that would only be for a couple of hours.

Message me at adam(at)kiltedcameraman(dot)com  and if you can drop a link to resume and heads shot.
