Schuster Center [Dayton]
SCHOOL OF ROCK is a New York Times Critics’ Pick and “an inspiring jolt of energy, joy and mad skillz!” (Entertainment Weekly). Based on the hit film, this hilarious new musical follows Dewey Finn, a wannabe rock star posing as a substitute teacher who turns a class of straight-A students into a guitar-shredding, bass-slapping, mind-blowing rock band. This high-octane smash features 14 new songs from Andrew Lloyd Webber, all the original songs from the movie, and musical theater’s first-ever kids rock band playing their instruments live on stage. Vanity Fair raves, “Fists of all ages shall be pumping!” Contains some mild adult language.

A CHRISTMAS CAROL A Live Radio
TCA Worship Arts is looking to fill a number of roles for their 2018 Christmas production, THE CHRISTMAS JOURNEY. THE CHRISTMAS JOURNEY gives a closer look at the people we often hear about leading up to the birth of Jesus, but never get to know deeper. By experiencing a bit of their different encounters, we will get to see more of the role they played, how they were affected, and what it might have been like to be one of those key figures as they went on the journey of a lifetime to the birth of the Messiah!
