RABBIT HOLE Postponed by INNOVAtheatre

INNOV_logoTo all of our INNOVA friends and family,

As you know, the Governor of Ohio announced today that we are in the midst of a pandemic known as COVID-19 or the Coronavirus; and as such has asked that there be no gatherings of people to exceed 100. This affects INNOVAtheatre and our upcoming production of RABBIT HOLE that was due to open next Friday.

It is with heavy hearts that we must postpone the production until after the ban has been lifted. We will have further information on the dates within the following weeks. Please know this decision was made because the health and well being of our community are of the utmost importance to us. This means we must follow the protocol set forth by the CDC and the State of Ohio Department of Health.

We are extending the offer of a refund or a ticket exchange to anyone who has already purchased tickets to our production of RABBIT HOLE. Tickets can be exchanged for any show next season or for the future performances of RABBIT HOLE.

Patrons may also decline these options and the value of their tickets will be considered a donation to INNOVAtheatre as continued support of the arts in our community. In these troubling times, the local arts community will be greatly impacted as we all close our houses and go dark. There will not only be financial losses, but also many artistic efforts and journeys that will have been ended too soon. Please consider a donation to any of the arts organizations who have brought you joy so they can more easily continue to do so.

However, we understand and acknowledge we have patrons from all walks of life; and that money holds different values from what is on the printed bill. If you chose the option of a refund please contact us via email at: INNOVAtheatre@gmail.com. We do not begrudge your choice and only hope you consider allowing us to entertain you in the future.

Anyone choosing the donation option can also contact us via email for a letter of acknowledgement for their donation.

We will continue to keep you updated and will return to the spotlight as soon as the ban is lifted.

With heartfelt apologies,
Richard Lee Waldeck
President
INNOVAtheatre Inc.

GOD SAVE THE QUEENS Cancelled by Cincinnati Men’s Chorus

CMC_logoAs the Cincinnati Men’s Chorus has been continuously monitoring the COVID-19 virus, listening to and adhering to State regulations and Federal health professionals, we have made the extremely difficult decision to cancel our Spring concert, GOD SAVE THE QUEENS that was scheduled for April 4th and 5th. We will be waiting for Federal and State officials to give us the all clear to make any determination on this and future concerts. We love to see you and sing for you but your and our collective health is paramount.

If you are a ticket holder, you will shortly be receiving a separate communication from the CMC Box Office with more information about your tickets and refunds. We appreciate your patience and understanding in these unprecedented times.

We ask you to please take care of yourselves and others. Please follow CDC guidelines for preventing the spread of this virus and seek information from knowledgeable and trusted sources. We hope to reschedule and sing for you as soon as it is deemed prudent.
