An eclectic group of six mid-pubescents vie for the spelling championship of a lifetime. While candidly disclosing hilarious and touching stories from their home life, the tweens spell their way through a series of [potentially made-up] words hoping to never hear the soul-crushing, pout-inducing, life un-affirming “ding” of the bell that signals a spelling mistake. Six spellers enter; one speller leaves! At least the losers get a juice box.

This show features some of  Broadway’s greatest holiday songs as well as some past show hits to commemorate Brieabi’s 5th season. The musical revue is offered free to the community and has had every performance “sell” out since its inception. However, you can guarantee yourself a seat,  as well as enjoy hors d’oeuvres one hour before the performance, for just $10. (Free tickets are first come first serve on the day of each performance) Doors open for festival seating at 7pm

* Hors d’oeuvres will served at 6:30 pm nightly.
