I GOT RHYTHM celebrates the exuberant dance style of tap while singing and swinging to some of the greatest songs in the American songbook. Featuring music from Fats Waller, Duke Ellington, Irving Berlin, Cole Porter and more, you’ll leave buzzing with excitement from this high-spirited show.

In a year’s worth of events and activities getting cancelled for high school students, Commonwealth Artists Student Theatre (CAST) is proud to bring back the 2021 NEXTival in person!
The NEXTival is an original works festival featuring innovative and new plays from high school students in the Greater Cincinnati area. Students involved in the productions come from Highlands, Walnut Hills, Turpin, Newport Central Catholic, SCPA, Simon Kenton, Cincinnati Country Day and more!
CAST will host the NEXTival on Thursday, May 20th thru Saturday, May 22nd at the Lincoln Grant Scholar House in Covington, KY. Performances are 6pm, 7:15pm & 8:30pm each night and vary by day.
Tickets are $10 per show or $25 for a day pass. Tickets are GENERAL SEATING only. Purchase tickets in advance at https://www.caststages.org/nextival or by calling (859) 545-0770. Tickets can also be purchased at the door thirty minutes prior to each show.

The Production Staff for INNOVAtheatre’s CHILDREN OF EDEN are looking for 8-10 dancers who will be featured in two musical numbers for the show.
Dancers will only be required to appear in “The Naming” & “Return of the Animals.” The Director is looking to do something outside the box for these two numbers instead of the traditional kids in animal costumes.
Different styles of dance will be used. Dance experience preferred but not required. Please plan to attend the audition beginning at 7pm. If this time conflicts with your schedule PLEASE contact us and we will do our best to accommodate seeing you. Rehearsals will be minimal until we get close to Tech Week.
Dance auditions will take place June 7 from 7-9pm at Sorg Opera House in Middletown.
Performance dates are July 9-18
