I am one of the negotiators on the Cincinnati Police S.W.A.T. team. I am looking for 5 or 6 volunteer actors to role play with us, as part of a S.W.A.T. training on December 16th. I would use volunteers from noon till about 3:30pm on the 16th. Please have any volunteers contact me directly and I will give them the location of the training near downtown Cincinnati.
Volunteers will play characters in S.W.A.T. type situations that may include hostage situations, barricaded individuals and suicidal individuals. These trainings have been very effective for the S.W.A.T. Negotiators and the volunteer actors report that it is a positive experience, allowing them to grow as actors, and have fun in an extreme role.
