Auditions will consist of cold reads. The first hour of each audition will be for those who signed up and the second hour will be open for walk-ins.
Callbacks will be on Wednesday the 25th at 7pm if needed
SYNOPSIS
Charlie Bump is so disillusioned with modern-day America (with its mass shootings, corporate greed, conspiracy theories, and governmental
dysfunction) that he decides to leave the only home he’s ever known and
emigrate to another country in hopes of finding a better future for himself
and his son. It’s a comedy.
CHARACTERS
- CHARLIE BUMP – 40-years-old
- DEWEY – his father
- MIDGE – his mother
- RUSSELL – his younger brother
- LINDSEY – his girlfriend
- JIMMY – his 10-year-old son
- BURT KURKLE – a homeless stranger
Show dates are: Friday May 29th, Saturday 30th, Sunday 31st at Whiskey City’s Liberty Theater
Tentative Rehearsal Schedule: Wednesdays 7-9pm, alternating Mondays and Fridays
First Rehearsal is Monday, March 2nd
