Looking for some entertainment on a cold, wintery February afternoon, but don’t want to venture out? Well, ACT Cincinnati is here to answer the call! Mark your calendars and join us on Saturday, February 26th at 1:00pm for ACT Cincinnati’s Annual Winter Forum, presented by ACT’s Long-Range Judging Committee.
This year’s forum will once again be held virtually, so snuggle up in your favorite chair, grab a beverage of your choice, and tune in to hear three of the most respected and knowledgeable people in our community talk about their areas of expertise. Each of our presenters brings years of education, training, and real-world experience to this event, so you won’t want to miss it.
Though the forum’s purpose is to help educate adjudicators and ACT group presidents on what adjudicators should be looking for when coming to see shows and how they should be responding to those observables, anyone involved in community theater- either onstage or offstage- will benefit from hearing these three wonderful presentations.
This year’s presenters and topics are:
- Betsy Obermeyer on Props and Set Décor
- Dee Anne Bryll on Choreography
- Derek Snow on Acting
