Due to pending weather conditions, the annual Shakespeare Competition semi-finals for area high school students, which was originally scheduled to be held tomorrow (Saturday, 2/21) at Playhouse in the Park has been postponed until next Saturday, 2/28. The finals, to be held at Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, have been postponed to Saturday, March 7. Unfortunately, several of the people who had agreed to serve as volunteer judges for this competition are not able to work around the changed dates. Our hope is that the good people in our community theatre network will step up and step in.
The approximate times are as follows:
- Semi-Finals: Saturday, February 28, 8AM – 2PM, Cincinnati Playhouse in the Park
- Finals: Saturday, March 7, 10AM – 3PM, Cincinnati Shakespeare Company
