Cincinnati’s True Theatre, now in its third season, continues to sell out every one of their onenight- only shows, advertising only ‘true stories told by real people’ and a theme. Each of their shows (including trueFEAR, trueFOOLISHNESS, trueHUNGER, and trueLOVE) have drawn storytellers from all walks of life. For the past two years, True Theatre joined the Festival with trueFRINGE, featuring only storytellers associated with the Festival. Back with the same idea, trueFRINGE (“3”) features 5 storytellers (all artists part of the 2013 festival) sharing true, personal stories that will give you that behind-the-scenes look at life in-and-around the theatre that will make you laugh, cry, and shake your head*.
