This nostalgic musical tells the story of cowboy Curly McLain and his romance with farm girl Laurey Williams and a secondary romance between cowboy Will Parker and his flirtatious fiancée, Ado Annie. Memorable songs include: Kansas City, I Can’t Say No and People Will Say We’re in Love. Oklahoma’s latest revival in 2002 received seven Tony Awards. This time-honored musical was Rodgers & Hammerstein’s first collaboration.

THE WHALES OF AUGUST

Our journey takes us to the shores of Maine in August, 1954 where we get to know two elderly, widowed sisters near the end of their lives. As they spend their summer, once again in this seaside house, the surroundings cause them to recall their relationship as young women. They reflect on the passage of time, and the bitterness, jealousies and misunderstandings that slowly festered over the years and kept them from establishing a true closeness in their relationship.

Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol story in a wonderful new adaptation titled, Fellow Passengers, opening Dec. 6 for two weekends. This fresh adaptation was written by Greg Carter, director of the Strawberry Workshop in Seattle, Washington. Fellow Passengers is a narrative version chock full of the beautiful language of Dickens’ original work.

Sidney convinces his wife to assist him with a contrived collaboration snare, and the plot thickens. Twists, turns and murder follow with devilish cleverness. An abundance of thrills and laughter will keep you enthralled until the final, startling moments of the play.
