Rick Schuler’s enchanting holiday show features all your favorite Denver hits including “Rocky Mountain High,” “Sunshine On My Shoulders,” “Take Me Home Country Roads,” “Leaving On A Jet Plane,” “Annie’s Song,” and “Thank God I’m A Country Boy,” just to name a few.

The acclaimed dance company will play the Aronoff Center’s Procter & Gamble Hall for one night only on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at 7:30 PM as part of the Cincinnati Arts Association’s 2024-25 Season. In addition, Step Afrika! is part of ArtsWave’s Flow, a series designed to create a shared and elevated appreciation for African American art with a culturally diverse and adventurous audience.

Under Mr. Williams’ leadership, stepping has evolved into one of America’s cultural exports. Step Afrika! has toured more than sixty countries across the globe and ranks as one of the top ten African American Dance Companies in the US.

Step Afrika! blends percussive dance styles practiced by historically African American fraternities and sororities, traditional African dances, and an array of contemporary dance and art forms into a cohesive, compelling artistic experience. Performances are much more than dance shows; they integrate songs, storytelling, humor, and audience participation. The blend of technique, agility, and pure energy makes each performance unique and leaves the audience with their hearts pounding.

Step Afrika! promotes stepping as an educational tool for young people, focusing on teamwork, academic achievement, and cross-cultural understanding. [Cincinnati, OH]  For the tenth consecutive year, Murray & Peter proudly present a holiday tradition, A Drag Queen Christmas, featuring contestants who appeared on the Emmy-Award winning television show RuPaul’s Drag Race on MTV. The tour will travel to thirty-nine US cities and fifteen Canadian cities, making a stop in Cincinnati at the Aronoff Center’s Procter & Gamble Hall on Thursday, November 14, 2024 at 8:00 PM.

Two VIP-level tickets are also available and include a meet-and-greet with the queens on the Procter & Gamble Hall stage before the show at 6:00 PM. VIP fans may take pics with the queens, score autographs, and receive official tour swag.

Hosted by Ohio’s own Nina West (US dates only), the tour includes performances by Sasha Colby, winner of Drag Race Season 15; Sapphira Cristal, runner-up Season 16; Roxxxy Andrews and Angeria Paris VanMichaels, both from the current All Stars 9 season on Paramount+; Plane Jane, Crystal Methyd, Plasma, Lady Camden, Brooke Lynn Hytes, and Jimbo The Drag Clown, winner of All Stars 8. Cast is subject to change.

The two-hour show includes a twenty-minute intermission during which fans can purchase merch of their favorite queens.
