Looking for Soprano 1 and Alto 2 Voices
MUSE: Cincinnati’s Women’s Choir, a nationally recognized social justice choir, is searching for passionate voices to join in creating beautiful music.
Audition Details
- When: September 17
- Where: Community Matters, 2104 Saint Michael Street, Cincinnati OH

- What: Auditions are scheduled in 15-minute increments and include an informal interview, a vocal audition, a vocal warm-up, and a sight-singing component (sight-singing is optional).
Candidates will receive a prompt call after their audition with the results.

Diverse Membership: MUSE is committed to representing diversity in its membership, encouraging all ages, ethnicities, backgrounds, sexual preferences, and musical styles to audition.
Rehearsal Schedule: Rehearsals are held on Mondays from 7:00 – 9:30 p.m., with the expectation of participation in concerts and run-out events.
Supportive Environment: New members are assigned a “buddy” for support, and the choir provides leadership within each section to facilitate a smooth transition into MUSE.
