Announcing auditions for Springboro Community Theatre’s Production of
Agatha Christie’s THE MOUSETRAP

Jan. 10 & 11 from 7-9pm
Audition Requirements:
- Please prepare a short bit of a monologue to demonstrate their British accent proficiency. The one exception is anyone auditioning for Mr. Paravicini; they should have a light Italian accent.
- Auditions will also consist of cold readings from the script.
- Non-standard casting will be considered.
Performance dates are March 4-6 & 11-13, 2022.
Roles:
- Mollie and Giles Ralston – youngish couple recently married who own and run Monkswell Manor
- Christopher Wren – youngish man, contemporary with Mollie and Giles
- Mrs. Boyle – imposing woman who always seems cross, older
- Major Metcalf – middle aged with military manner
- Miss Casewell – youngish woman, appears to have mannish characteristics
- Mr. Paravicini – European with a flamboyant mustache and light Italian accent
- Detective Sergeant Trotter – youngish man with a light Cockney accent, contemporary with Mollie and Giles
