Nurse Jackie (age mid to late 20s) is a nurse in residence at a psychiatric ward in a hospital. She is patient yet firm, and refuses to let her patients wallow in their misery. Calm, devoted to her work, and with a good sense of people. Actress must be comfortable working with teenagers.
