The OTR Brewery district an opportunity for 1 or 2 women to be re-enactors during the official Bockfest Tours on Saturday and Sunday afternoon, the 4th and 5th of March. The time will be approximately 12 noon to 5 pm.
The role would be that of a gossipy hausfrau (German not required). You would be stationed in an indoor space and have about a 10-minute spiel that you would give 5 times a day (one day or both days) as tour groups come through. The story will be friendly, informal and chatty.
A script will be provided- it will be a monologue about people and events in OTR circa 1890s. We will assist you with obtaining a costume and other stage-related issues. Contact Marcha Hunley at mhunley@fuse.net.
