One of William Shakespeare’s most popular comedies, is adapted by playwright Nelson Sheeley and features music by Felix Mendelssohn including his well-know Wedding March. The four interconnecting plots, surrounding a wedding, include the adventures of four young lovers and six amateur actors who are manipulated by the fairies who inhabit the forest. This adaptation will feature performances of theatre, music and dance.

Milford Theatre Guilde will be closing its Season To Die For with auditions for the spring show THE 39 STEPS directed by Micheal Kiser. The play is adapted from the 1915 novel and the 1935 Alfred Hitchcock film. A serious spy story – with a lot of laughs.
Auditions will be Sunday, February 19 and Monday, Feb 20 from 7-9 PM at Day Heights Fireman’s Memorial Building, 1313 SR 131, Milford, OH 45150. Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Please bring a resume and head shot if possible.
Cast : 3 men 1 woman. Male lead 30s-40s. Female late 20s and up plays his 3 female entanglements. 2 male clowns play a variety of roles heroes, villains, men, women, children and even an inanimate object.
Performance dates are April 21-22 & 28-29 at 8pm and matinee at 3pm on April 23.
