Synopsis
A small, madcap band of three actors, influenced by the likes of the Marx Brothers, the Three Stooges and the “Carol Burnett Show,” decide to tackle the impossible: to perform all 37 of Shakespeare’s plays in 90 minutes. Fast paced, witty and physical, this play is full of laughter for Shakespeare lovers and haters alike. It’s a Shakespearian mix of pratfalls, clunky female impersonators, clean-cut ribaldry, and broad burlesque. Actors interested in auditioning must be very comfortable with physical comedy and improvisation. Auditions will be cold readings from the script. Dress to move and be prepared to improvise!
