LCT Commends Outstanding Audience Services

LCT_VThe League of Cincinnati Theatres is happy to commend local theatre employees for outstanding Audience Service.

Brenda Berger, Box Office Manager for the Carnegie Theatre, Cal Harris, Box Office Manager for Cincinnati Shakespeare Company, John Simpson, Head Bartender for the Playhouse in the Park, and Nick Ligon, Security Guard for the Ensemble Theatre of Cincinnati.

Each one of these nominees continually goes above and beyond in their jobs, brightening the day of patrons. LCT panelists submitted nominations from personal experience and audience suggestions. “Most patrons had wonderful things to say about all of the staff they interact with at all venues in the area,” Said LCT President pro tem Liz Eichler. “These nominees are some of the many highly visible front line, whose extra effort, efficiency and/or personality who make it easy and desirable for patrons to come back again.”

This annual award will be presented at the LCT Awards Party on Monday, June 16 from 6-9 pm
at Arnold’s, in Cincinnati.

Last year’s winner was Susan Bolger, Theatre Box Office Manager from Northern Kentucky University, and the first to be honored with this recognition.

The League of Cincinnati Theatres was founded in 1999 to strengthen, nurture and promote Cincinnati’s theatre community. LCT provides its member companies and individual members with education, resources and services to enhance the quality and exposure of the theatre community in Cincinnati and increase community awareness, attendance and involvement.
