Workshop Description:
Want to feel more comfortable on stage? Learn to walk funnier? Make up better fake names for people? Come to our workshop. Our well-trained, well-groomed instructors will put you and your friends (everybody is friends at an improv workshop) through your paces. You will learn to listen, to accept, and to add. And you will laugh. Whether you have been improvising for years or have never been on a stage before, come out and practice the fundamentals of good improv.

Artist/Company Biography:
OTRimprov is an improvisational comedy troupe that’s made its home at Know Theatre of Cincinnati as part of the Jackson Street Market. Recognizing the distinct lack of regularly scheduled improv performances in Cincinnati, especially Downtown and in Over-the-Rhine, OTRi looks to provide this particular brand of entertainment in order to further strengthen Cincinnati’s established arts community.

CFF14: DOG SHOW

CFF_Dog ShowDOG SHOW
Presented as part of the Cincinnati Fringe Festival ’14
Know Theatre
Over-the-Rhine

Animal Engine develops their latest work by combining dogs and farce. What do you get? A dog show. Humans playing dogs playing humans. Quick entrances and exits, mistaken identities, and love triangles will collide with panting, sniffing, and of course lots of leg humping! The Corgi is in love with the Schnauzer who just can’t get that Puggle off his mind. You know, something like that…
