Wyoming Players-Ohio Oldest Community Theater Company is holding auditions for the parts of Trish and Tripp in FIVE WOMEN WEARING THE SAME DRESS by Alan Ball. At Essex Studio’s Room 276 on Sunday February 19th from 2pm-5pm.

During an ostentatious wedding reception at a Knoxville, Tennessee, estate, five reluctant, identically clad bridesmaids hide out in an upstairs bedroom, each with her own reason to avoid the proceedings below. As the afternoon wears on, these five very different women joyously discover a common bond in this wickedly funny, irreverent and touching celebration of the women’s spirit.
Casting for: 1 Man (mid twenties), 1 Woman (stage age late 20s-early 30s).
- Trisha: One of the bride’s oldest friends with a supposed bad reputation. She is striking and confident but is jaded when it comes to romance and relationships. Although a certain groomsman may have piqued her interest.
- Tripp: The Groom’s cousin and one of groomsmen. He is self assured and charming. He is a potential love interest for Trisha.
