Seussical is a fantastical, magical, musical extravaganza! Tony winners, Lynn Ahrens and Stephen Flaherty (Lucky Stiff, My Favorite Year, Once on This Island, Ragtime), have lovingly brought to life all of our favorite Dr. Seuss characters, including Horton the Elephant, The Cat in the Hat, Gertrude McFuzz, and lazy Mayzie . The colorful characters transport us from the Jungle of Nool to the Circus McGurkus to the invisible world of the Whos. *Includes buffet dinner.

When Felix moves in with recently divorced Oscar after his own marriage ends, it quickly becomes apparent that the roommates are complete opposites in their habits and lifestyles. Oscar is a sports writer who enjoys junk food and takes a certain pride in his sloppiness. Felix is a neat-freak photographer who cooks gourmet meals and is obsessed with removing each and every bit of dirt and disorder from Oscar’s apartment. Hilarity ensues as the two drive each other crazy – will their friendship survive in spite of their differences? Buffet dinner is served 90 minutes prior to curtain in Corbett Lobby. A limited number of show only tickets are available for this production.

Longtime Mariemont Players and Village Players member Ellie Shepherd passed away on Sunday, June 3rd. Our love goes to her and her devoted husband Bill Hartnett.

Arrangements haven’t been announced, but we wanted people to know. Please don’t bother Bill, but keep both of them in your heart and prayers.
