Last night’s round of SERIALS! saw one of the fiercest theatrical battles ever, resulting in our FIRST EVER TIE. As a result, FOUR of this week’s combatants (ARCHIE AND THE ASHES by Tracy Hoida, HOLD THE SAUSAGE by John Bromels, MY MESSED UPERA by Paul Strickland, and PIT by Chris Wesselman) are moving on to another episode instead of just three. Here’s how things will play out for the rest of Thunderdome 2:
For Episodes 3 & 4 we will feature 6 shows while still voting out two productions each week (we don’t want to penalize new entries with a triple elimination).
Going into episode 5, we will only allow ONE show to be resurrected to get us back down to 5 total shows for the final episode.
We’re always surprised by what happens at our Monday night theatre party, and this was no exception.
