This is a children’s story about a boy who is enchanted by Spiderman on a pumpkin farm in Iowa. Unbeknownst to the parents he suffers from a brain tumor. His mother believes he developed an imaginary friend due to loneliness and encourages him to befriend the girl who moves to the neighboring farm. Reluctant at first, the boy concedes and they become playmates. As the story unfolds, he learns about his brain tumor, and the value of a real friend.
